What’s more, hiring a bike is quick and convenient thanks to the Vélib' self-service bike rental system the city has established. Dozens of terminals can be found throughout the capital, allowing you to take and return a bike whenever you want. All you need is a credit card. If you get tired of pedalling, simply leave your Vélib' at the nearest terminal and continue on your way by taxi or Metro. If you find you need to keep your bike longer than expected, no worries; there are no return constraints.
